Each App owns its own database schema, its own roles and its own screens, and shares identity, documents, notifications, billing and audit with every other App. So a second App does not mean a second login for your staff or a second account for the people you serve, and a person who belongs to three of them still signs in once.

Getting this line wrong is the mistake that would be expensive to undo. Put a child's immunization record in a clinic's schema and the family loses it when they change doctors, which is precisely the problem this platform exists to solve.
Your family, your documents, your feed, your academic and medical history. It belongs to you, it works with no organisation attached, and it does not disappear when you leave one.
