Retail chemist ERP

One of the hardest small-business inventory problems in India: tens of thousands of SKUs, every one batch-tracked with an expiry date, sold in fractional packs, priced under a printed MRP ceiling, bought on credit with schemes that change mid-quarter, and dispensed under drug schedules that carry criminal liability if the register is wrong.

Where this actually stands

In design. The spec exists; no code has been written, and a practising pharmacist has not reviewed it. Nothing here is available to buy.

What the spec covers

The design is written and benchmarked. No code yet.

  • Purchase: GRN, scheme and free goods, PTR/PTS, landed cost
  • Sales: keyboard-first billing, loose units, GST invoice
  • Returns: sales return, purchase return, expiry claims
  • Money: two-sided credit ledger and outstanding
  • Compliance: Schedule H/H1/X registers, e-invoice, e-way bill

It is one platform, not a suite of separate purchases.
