Udyamik is software for all four: the tooling a Bengaluru startup takes for granted, priced for a tier-3 town, and built so a person who deals with all of them has one login.

Why we exist

Indian SMB schools were last reached by software in the 1990s: stitched together desktop tools that assumed a fat Windows machine in the principal's office. Those same schools now take fees over UPI, message on WhatsApp, and watch explainers their own teachers recorded. Their operating system has not caught up.

Udyamik is the platform for that mismatch, and it is multi-app by design. EduSuite for schools, RinSaathi for lenders, Sahayak across both, a clinic and a pharmacy in early access, and a pathology lab specified behind them. One person signs in once and their child's school, their father's clinic and their own loan land in a single feed. One identity, one document vault, one bill.

The half of the platform that is unusual is the half that belongs to the person rather than the organisation. A child's immunization record, a marksheet, a lab report and a loan receipt are all records about a person, and most software stores each one as a row inside whichever business created it, so they vanish when you change school, doctor or lender. We keep those on a separate plane that is yours.

We would rather you knew than guessed. Every product page on this site carries a literal status badge and a list of what is not in it, in the same size type as the features, and that list is the thing to read before you sign.

How we build

India first, not India also

WhatsApp as a first-class channel. Razorpay-native collection. A ten-digit mobile as the default identity. APAAR-ready student records. The DPDP Act rather than GDPR drives the privacy posture.

No passwords, ever

An OTP, then an Argon2id PIN bound to one device. A parent with no mobile number uses email. A school admin who forgot their password never calls us, because there is no password to forget.

Your keys, your number, your brand

Your Razorpay keys, your Meta WhatsApp number, your brand on the receipt. The money lands in your bank and the messages go out from your number. We are the plumbing, not the middleman.

The person plane is not for sale

Your family tree, your documents, your feed, your medical and academic history sit in a schema that belongs to you rather than to any organisation. It costs nothing, works with no organisation attached, and survives you leaving one. A record you can lose by changing school was never yours.

Say what is not built

Eight Apps are listed on this site at four maturity levels, and each names its gaps in the same size type as its features. What is in early access says so, what is in design says that too, and every product page carries a list of what is not in it. You will not find out after signing.

Multi-app by design

EduSuite is the first App, not the product. RinSaathi and Sahayak are siblings, and a clinic, a pharmacy and a general store are in early access. A parent at your school can be a borrower at a lender and a patient at a clinic that also run on Udyamik: one identity, one feed, no duplicate logins.

Audit log first, screen second

Every sensitive change (a fee waiver, a role change, a report publish) writes a diff row before the screen refreshes. During an audit the principal opens the log; they do not ask us for a dump.

Invoices are immutable

Once a fee invoice leaves draft it never changes. Corrections go out as adjustments, and a retroactive discount change does not alter a past bill. The ledger is the ledger.
