OPD, EMR, e-prescription

Built against the ABDM milestone structure and benchmarked against Practo Ray, MocDoc, Halemind and MediXcel. The consultation loop — register, queue, vitals, examine, prescribe, follow up — is live with a pilot customer. Everything beyond that loop is roadmap, and labelled as such.

Where this actually stands

Early access, pilot customers only. No doctor has completed a clinical-workflow review, and that review is a launch gate — so there is no self-serve signup. Scheduled appointments, IPD and ward management are not built. Talk to us if you want to be a pilot.

01

The consultation loop, end to end

What a walk-in OPD does forty times a day, with the state machine that keeps the queue honest.

  • UHID allocated per clinic; patient found by mobile number, then by name
  • Visit state machine with role-scoped queues — reception sees one view, the doctor another
  • Vitals captured through record templates you define, not a fixed form
  • Previous-visit-vs-now comparison on the consultation screen
  • NMC-compliant e-prescription with structured advice and follow-up
  • Prescription delivered over WhatsApp or printed
02

The record the patient keeps

A prescription belongs to the clinic that wrote it and to the person who received it. Both are true, and the platform stores it that way.

  • Clinic data lives in the clinic’s own schema under row-level security
  • The patient’s copy lands on their person plane, which survives changing doctors
  • Cross-clinic read is consent-gated — a clinic asks, the person grants, the grant is an artifact

It is one platform, not a suite of separate purchases.

Every App here shares the same identity, the same document vault, the same notification metering and the same audit log. Subscribing to a second App does not mean a second login for your staff or a second account for the people you serve.
