A child’s immunization record belongs to the family, not to whichever clinic happened to give the dose. A blood report belongs to the person, not to the lab that printed it. Family Health is the person-plane answer to that: it lives under your own login, needs no organisation, and does not disappear when you change doctors.

Where this actually stands

Early access. The record, its screens, digital-PDF reading and the health card all shipped in September 2026 and work. Three things do not: automatic reading of photographed reports is not scheduled, no clinic can read your record yet because the consent mechanism is unbuilt, and a family member cannot yet log in to their own record — today the person who created it holds it. Deletion is currently handled by hand on request rather than by a button.

The record itself

Built and usable today — the tree, the reports, the values and the medicines, with screens for all four.

  • A real tree — spouse, parents, children, siblings — not a flat list
  • Every report is filed against a member, because a folder of PDFs with no owner is how another person’s report ends up in your history
  • Lab values stored against the issuing lab’s own printed reference range, so a trend line means something
  • Trend charts that draw one range per lab rather than a single band across providers — because the same result is “normal” under one lab’s interval and “high” under another’s
  • Medication timeline — what was taken, at what dose, and when it stopped, answerable as of any past date

Getting a paper report in

A digital PDF is read for you. A photograph is not — and we would rather say so than pretend otherwise.

  • Digital PDFs are parsed on our own servers, deterministically, with no model and no network call — nothing about your report is sent anywhere
  • Nothing lands in the record until you have seen the proposed reading beside the page it came from and accepted it
  • The subject is checked first: a report printed with a different person’s name is refused outright, not filed with a warning
  • A value the lab calculated rather than measured is marked as such, and never recalculated by us
  • Photographs of reports still go in by hand. Automatic reading of photos is not scheduled — see the note below

Showing it to a doctor

The point of the record is the ten minutes in front of a clinician who has never seen you before.

  • A one-page health card — blood group, allergies, ongoing conditions, current medicines, latest values — readable at arm’s length on a phone
  • A printable PDF summary for a hospital that is not a Udyamik customer, which is most of them
  • Self-entered values are marked as self-entered, above the first number rather than in a footnote
  • Every export is logged, so “who has a copy of this” has an answer
  • No interpretation, ever. We reproduce the lab’s own range and never add a verdict of our own

Where it is going

What is specified and not yet built, in the order it is being built.

  • Her own login — a family member with their own mobile number takes control of their own record, by invitation they have to accept
  • A consent artifact that lets a clinic on the platform read what you allow, for as long as you allow
  • Child immunization schedules (UIP or IAP) with reminders until you mark a dose done

It is one platform, not a suite of separate purchases.

Every App here shares the same identity, the same document vault, the same notification metering and the same audit log. Subscribing to a second App does not mean a second login for your staff or a second account for the people you serve.
